4. Listing & Selling Policy

2. You have full rights and authority to sell the listed product
3. The listing description is truthful, accurate, and not misleading
4. Images uploaded are original or legally authorized for use

3. Reject any ad without prior notice

5. Prohibited Items & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited:

1. Illegal goods or services
2. Stolen property
3. Weapons, narcotics, or hazardous materials
4. Counterfeit or replica products
5. Adult or inappropriate content
6. Fraudulent schemes or pyramid schemes

Users must not:

1. Manipulate prices artificially
2. Post duplicate or spam listings
3. Harass or threaten other users
4. Attempt to interfere with platform security

Violation may result in permanent account suspension and legal action if necessary.

6. Transactions Between Users

Buyerseller.pk:

1. Does not own, sell, or control listed products
2. Does not guarantee product quality, authenticity, or safety
3. Is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers

Users are encouraged to verify products, inspect items carefully, and use safe payment methods before completing transactions.

All transactions are conducted at the users’ own risk.

7. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

Certain services such as featured ads, promotions, or premium listings may require payment.

1. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase
2. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Buyerseller.pk including:

1. Logo
2. Website design
3. Text, graphics, and software

is the exclusive property of Buyerseller.pk and protected under intellectual property laws.
