1. Platform Nature

Buyerseller.pk is an online classified marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. We do not directly sell products or manage deliveries.

Cancellation of transactions primarily depends on mutual agreement between buyer and seller.

2. Ad Cancellation by Users

a) Free Ads

Users may delete or deactivate their ads at any time from their account dashboard.

b) Paid / Promoted Ads

1. Paid features (Featured, Urgent, Homepage, Premium Ads) can be cancelled by the user.
2. However, once activated, fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation will stop future visibility benefits but will not result in a refund.

3. Order Cancellation Between Buyers & Sellers

Since Buyerseller.pk does not directly process product sales:

1. Buyers must contact the seller directly to request cancellation.
2. Sellers have the right to accept or decline cancellation requests.
3. If payment has already been made, refund terms depend on the seller’s individual policy.

Buyers are strongly encouraged to confirm cancellation terms before making payment.

4. Platform-Initiated Cancellation

Buyerseller.pk reserves the right to:

1. Remove or cancel ads that violate policies
2. Suspend accounts involved in fraud or suspicious activities
3. Cancel promotional services due to policy violations

No refund will be issued in cases where cancellation is due to policy breach.

5. Technical Errors

If a paid service is cancelled due to a verified technical error from Buyerseller.pk:

1. The service may be reactivated, OR
2. A partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

6. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If Buyerseller.pk introduces subscription packages:

1. Users may cancel before the next billing cycle.
2. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period.
3. Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Buyerseller.pk is not responsible for:

1. Losses due to cancelled deals between users
2. Seller refusal to cancel orders
3. Payment disputes handled outside the platform

All user transactions are conducted at their own risk.

8. Policy Updates

Buyerseller.pk reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
